I guess they are the ordinary plastic white window blinds…
Anyways, wiping them down with a damp rag is kinda hard to do! The blinds keep moving and the dirt is just still sticking to the blinds. I was just wondering if there is an easier way to do it?
In my room their is a 2 inch gap from where the blinds stop to where the window ends. When it stops it still have 2 inches of blinds bunched together. How can this be fixed?
Hello,
We just moved into a new house in Oklahoma City and my bedroom window is the kind that opens up by sliding it to the right or left. So, There isn’t a space or gap at the top where blinds usually go. Is there a way to put blinds on the window by hanging it above the window? If so, where can I get these and what kind?
OKC Blinds is Oklahoma City’s best destination for real wood blinds.
Real wood window blinds are designed to bring the natural beauty of wood into your home or into your office. Wooden venetian blinds are natural, stylish and warm and made of quality timbers. These products are made according to your sizes and delivered free in the Oklahoma City area.
The wooden blinds we sell are made from 100% natural wood and that is why color variations might occur in accordance with the type of timber used or from one production batch to another.
OKC Blinds Cleaning Tips
Clean wood blinds without taking them down with a window blinds duster or a brush attachment for the vacuum. Same for shades, verticals and shutters. You can also use a damp dust cloth to clean window treatmetns. Bottom line, all the methods are pretty tedious due to the strings in the middle of the blinds.
Jade Design in Oklahoma City for any window treatments including blinds, shades, shutters from all the best brands like Hunter Douglas and Levolor. In other words, you’ve come to the right place, so what are you waiting for? Pick up the phone and schedule an appointment to have one of our designers today!
Just would like to know as I have previously owned both plastic and wooden window blinds and they have both snapped over the years. I am thinking that metal (I think they are aluminium) would be the answer to everything. Does anyone know a windot treatment store in Oklahoma City that has a large selection of metal window blinds?
I take them down put them in hot soapy water in the bath tub. Works for me. Or I was at Walmart in the curtains and blinds area and found a small gadget that cleans window blinds. It has five rods that are covered in a furry material, the whole thing is handheld. You run the louvers between the rods and it picks up the dust. It was very inexpensive, less than $5, but works like a charm!
